  • Overview

    Job Description:

    Qualify, set, and generate leads for our field sales reps.  This position may include follow up on appointments made by sales reps.

    Employee Characteristics:

    • Ideally 1 year of customer service/call center experience – preferred
    • Enthusiasm and can-do attitude
    • Competitive drive to be successful in a work
    • Motivated and hard-working. We're looking for a self-starter!
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills




    • Positive interaction with every potential clieint.
    • Qualifying the leads for solar.
    • Setting appointments for the closers.
    • May include follow up on previous appointments



    Wage- $9/hr

    Tuition Reiumbursement- $250 for part time Employees and $350 for full time Employees.  This bonus is contingent based on grade point average of a 3.0 or better.  This bonus would be paid out by Semester

    Incentives – Monthly Sales Incentives.  These incentives will vary based on production, department weaknesses, demand, etc.    These bonuses will be allocated at discretion of the manager. For sake of budgeting, these bonuses will run in the range of $30/per rep each month.
