    Job Summary:


    The Inspection Coordinator is responsible for preparing both digital and hard copies of construction inspection applications forms to be reviewed by local township and city government entities. The coordinator will also be attending and performing building and electrical inspections alongside local jurisdictional government inspectors.  The Inspection Coordinator reports directly to the Operations Manager and is expected to work independently and without direct supervision.


    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Understanding of construction basics.
    • Understanding of basic electrical terms.
    • Communications skills required in order to communicate with township officials for permit forms.
    • Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to work closely with multiple departments.
    • Ability to work without direct supervision.
    • Ability to lift and operate an extension ladder and A- frame ladders.
    • Ability to use multiple electronic items, including tablet, PCs, and handheld devices.
    • The ability to learn new software.
