  • Oversee all finders and closers within their particular sales area.
  • Coordinate potential sales areas for finders and closers to work in
  • Provide daily correlation to finders as well as set benchmarks for goals, incentives, etc.
  • Work with Sales Director as needed to develop additional items as needed to improve sales program.
  • Provide in field training to both finders and closers
  • Provide help as needed in reporting for payroll
  • If a closer is unable attend sales appointments, it will fall upon the responsibility of the sales team manager.  No additional compensation other than salary will be paid to the sales team manager for closing these appointments.  The reason for this is to incentivize sales team managers to hire closers to handle all appointments.
  • Help assist recruiting efforts to hire sales teams.  This may require travel from time to time to colleges, etc.  Additionally, all finders and closers recruited must pass an interview by the Sales Team Manager prior to being employed by 1st Light Energy.
  • Coordinate housing if needed for finders relocating from out of state
  • Motivate finders and closers on a daily basis.
  • Help as needed in additional sales related items as determined by operations team.  Examples of this would be agreement resigns, picking up payments, etc.

Have regular meetings with Sales and Sales Operations Team to help ensure that all opportunities and sales are being created, handled, and followed up on properly.
